Sarah and Roger chose the warmest night of the month for their engagement photos, so we headed out to Oreti Beach to soak up the evening sun.

Of course wee George joined us for a few photos and his moment in the spotlight.

I didn’t actually realise how cold it was until I got in the car and realised I was freezing. I guess it is still spring in Southland! You’d never know from the photos though; these guys were absolute champs!

Engagement shoots are such a great chance for me to get to know my wedding couples, and have some good laughs doing it. Bring on the big day!
