I’ve never teared up at a wedding as much as I did on Jamie and Craig’s big day.
It started when Craig read out the card his almost-wife had written for him on the morning of the wedding. It was the most beautifully written note and made us all tear up. And the special moments just kept coming.
Wee Adeline was just eight months old and she was one of the stars of the day. When Jamie was in her wedding dress, she sat down to feed her baby.
Adeline was a bit overwhelmed with the hustle of the day and all the extra people. It was so precious to watch Jamie slow everything down, and sit down with her baby, who just wanted her mum. It was more than a little bit heartwarming. Jamie and Craig are amazing parents and Adeline is the luckiest wee girl.
I’m not sure how to sum up this beautiful day, except to say that everyone in this family just loves everyone else so much and it was evident all day long.
Jamie’s dad Kurt did mention that he had a spade with Craig’s name on it, just in case things ever change. That’s a devoted dad for you!
Jamie and Craig, thanks so much for choosing me to capture this special day for you. It was an absolute privilege and I loved every minute.
