Until the terrible wind and rain of this week, we’ve had a beautiful autumn, and Eilish and Jono took advantage with an engagement shoot on the beach. It was such a warm Southland evening, and we kept shooting until the sun went down.

Fortrose is a special spot for these two, and they spend lots of time there with their dog, Dana. Naturally, Dana had to be part of these photos and she was so well-behaved. This girl will do anything for a tennis ball!

Eilish and Jono work on a dairy farm in rural Southland, and are planning an epic wedding reception on a family property next autumn. I can’t wait!
