When you’re a shearer, you only get the rainy days off work.

Caitlin and JB split their time working in woolsheds between Southland and Western Australia. These two are due to fly out in a few weeks, and won’t be back for months, so we had to make the most of a rainy day off work to capture their engagement photos.

Last Friday was cold and dreary out at the racecourse in Invercargill. We dodged puddles and avoided sticky mud to make the most of the greenery between showers.

I’m so excited to hang out with these guys again next March, when they tie the knot! It’s going to be a laid-back day full of laughs and love. Can’t wait!
